Sylvia Bautista Martinez, her four sons, and her mother live together in Vicente Guerrero in a house which they rent from another family member. She would like to obtain land upon which she can have a house built.

She also hopes to receive $50 for each of her sons each year, to cover their educational costs. This seemingly small amount of money is a great stretch for Sylvia, who works at the Agricultural Workers Camp, earning less than $50 per week.

Our hope is to buy a larger parcel of land which can be subdivided into small 40 ft. x 40 ft. lots. This should help keep the cost of each lot under $1,000. For such a small price, we can be an incredible blessing to many families like Sylvia's.
